Welcome to the WrestleFest.EU,
You will be participating in a queer combat sport event. We are a bunch of very tolerant and welcoming people, but there is one thing we do not tolerate, and that is drama. This event is a drama free event and by purchasing a ticket, you agree to the WrestleFest.EU Event Code of Conduct. We kindly ask you to read and follow these guidelines:
- Mutual respect is our top priority! We provide a space for all queer fighters—including curious hetero men.
- No photos, no chatting, no phone calls! Please leave your mobile phones, tablets, and other devices in the wardrobe locker. Their use is not permitted. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited, except by the official photographer, who will always ask for your written consent beforehand.
- Look out for each other and help where you can. Respect, hygiene, and social responsibility are fundamental—both at combat events and our partner venues.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. It is not allowed in the playrooms or at the bar.
- Discuss the use of gloves and condoms with your partners. It’s up to you how you handle these matters, but individual hygiene preferences must be respected.
- Do not intrude on other people’s sessions without an invitation!
- Keep your distance and do not disturb others!
- Wash yourself regularly. Nobody enjoys sitting in a greasy spot left behind by someone else’s body print.
- Clean up after yourself. Leave the area tidy, so the next person can enjoy it without needing to clean first.
- Disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels are available in all rooms. Pay special attention to spills and slick spots on floors, seats, and lying areas.
- Dispose of your trash in the bins provided in every room.
- Do not use towels on the floor. At certain parties, we provide absorbent cardboard as a floor covering—please dispose of it in the trash bins after use.
- Do not wipe your hands on curtains, walls, or mirrors. These surfaces are extremely difficult to clean!
- Do not throw glasses, cans, or bottles into the trash bins. Instead, place them in the designated beverage crates or return them to the bar.
- At many of our parties, the bartender depends on your attention, as they often work alone and cannot frequently leave the bar, cash register, or wardrobe.
- Please follow the instructions of our staff. They represent the organization during our event and have house authority.
- Feedback, praise, and constructive criticism are always welcome. The best way to show appreciation for our volunteer bartenders is with a tip—it goes a long way in keeping them motivated, helpful, and happy to serve you.
With that in mind, we wish you lots of fun at WrestleFest Europe.
